WEDDING CERMONIES
Together we'll plan your perfect wedding ceremony!
our initial meeting
At this meeting we discuss things like what type of service you would like, your story, vows and heaps more about your dream ceremony. I will bring a ‘Notice of Intended Marriage’ form, which we can fill out there and then or you are welcome to take it away to complete later. This form is a legal requirement that lets the government know that you have given me at least one month’s notice. The form is valid for 18 months. I ask that you let me know within 14 days if you wish to confirm your booking.
The planning process
This is the fun bit! We work together to create and design the ceremony you want; how it will run, content, wording and any other rituals and/or readings you may want to include. During this period, I will send you updated drafts of the wedding script for your suggestions and approval. Collectively, we can compose your perfect ceremony.
Rehearsal
A wedding rehearsal is a really good idea and enjoyable. It’s usually held the day before and doesn’t take long, giving you and your bridal party a chance to go through the ceremony, practice walking down the aisle, working out where to stand and sharing lots of laughs. The rehearsal ensures everyone is relaxed and confident on the big day!
post wedding
I will prepare and lodge all the paperwork with NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages on your behalf.
